Evidence-Based Therapy

Integrative Counselling and Therapy combine evidence-based therapy with time-tested methods. We believe in the whole person, understanding that if one part of their life is not working correctly, all other parts will eventually be affected. We examine the mind-body association and provide customized guidance. This comprehensive approach reassures our clients that we address all aspects of their well-being.

Unique Approach

We adopt various theories and techniques, including psychotherapies, psycho-socio-education, and yoga philosophy, and apply psychosocial-spiritual practice systematically.

Integrative Counselling and Therapy benefit people who have long struggled to cope with daily life and need support to move through challenging moments. It is helpful to diverse clients looking for a unique approach to resolving their mental and emotional issues and discovering their authentic selves.
