Yvette and Madhu offer a more traditional approach to yoga, focusing on the deeper spiritual and philosophical roots of the practice. Participants will receive in-depth instruction in core yoga principles, such as Yama, Niyama, Pranayama, and Pratyahara, alongside practical techniques for teaching asana classes. Their training is designed to help students integrate these teachings into their lives, making it different from more modern, fitness-focused yoga training.

Upon successful completion of the training, you will receive a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training certificate and be eligible to register with Yoga Alliance to teach yoga worldwide.
