Therapeutic Support

We specialize in emotional and cognitive therapy. Some of the issues we help with include trauma-sensitive approaches, PTSD, Mental health like anxiety, depression, stress, addictions, self-esteem, cognitive and behavioural issues, and autoimmune diseases. Our packages are most productive when clients take continuous counselling and incorporate the tools into their lifestyle. Depending on the goals and the complexity of clients’ issues, they may prefer shorter or longer therapy courses.
